Richard Gere became a hotel owner

Actor Richard Gere, 63 years old, might leave films for a time. His main concern at the moment is a hotel which he restored.

Together with his wife, Carey Lowell (51), actor turned an abandoned farm building from Los Angeles into a hotel.

He said that he didn't do it for money.

"My mother says I have an edifice complex because I like to build. The inn was one of the only original buildings left in the area where we live and it was just painful to watch it falling apart and falling down, so one thing led to another."

"We rebuilt it and made it beautiful. My only interest was in creating a centre in the community. I have no interest in it as a business whatsoever. I'm a terrible businessman."

Jennifer Aniston got engaged in august last year with actor Justin Theroux, he could become the second husband of the actress, after Brad Pitt, whom she married in 2000.
